The social justice, inclusion and equal opportunities sector offers an active involvement of a much wider community, focusing primarily on Roma, Youth, Women, LGBT, Elders and their most pressing problems of Education and Employment. Social justice assures the protection of equal access to liberties, rights, and opportunities, as well as taking care of the least advantaged members of society. In this framework it aims to Promotion and Development of Social Dialogue in the framework of partnership, in order to harmonize the interests of the parties to minimize social conflict. Social inclusion aims to empower poor and marginalized people to take advantage of burgeoning global opportunities. It ensures that people have a voice in decisions which affect their lives and that they enjoy equal access to markets, services and political, social and physical spaces.
